A single father with kids off to college, this suburban townhome owner had an affinity for urban home design. Rather than pack up and move to the city, Minneapolis Interior Designer Brandi Hagen convinced him he didn’t have to move to achieve the “urban” atmosphere of his dreams.

Pivoting doors conceal an unexpected wet bar complete with a beverage refrigerator in this Eden Prairie Family Room.

This Family Room in Edina is not your grandmother's traditional space.  Timeless furniture pieces are brought into the 21st Century by mixing updated textures and patterns creating a cozy, comfortable room.

Custom furniture was the best option for this expansive Family Room.   Brandi Hagen custom designed a large cocktail table and ottoman combination with an immense U shaped sectional.  Soft hues of cocoa, salmon and turquoise are repeated in the furnishings and mosaic tile fireplace surround.
