Inspired by the charm of urban lofts, the homeowner turned to Minneapolis Interior Designer Brandi Hagen to bring style and sophistication to his Eden Prairie MN bedroom and bath suite.
Simple modifications. High-impact results. Masculine interior design and ample storage was the bachelor’s objective for the design.

Finishes transform enclosed space into open and airy retreat. Minneapolis Interior Designer, Brandi Hagen added gentlemanly class to his asylum in the suburbs. The design features an integrated, but separate tub and shower. Glass doors expand the room, highlighting the dark green-gray natural cleft slate walls and floors that feature river-rock accents.

Custom-cherry cabinetry adds ample storage. Ceasarstone quartz tops the double vanity. Hardware ornamentation throughout the suite is brushed nickel.

Tranquil aqua-green tones, inspired by the bathroom slate, extend into the master bedroom. Custom-cherry armoires with a dresser in between are reminiscent of the vanity in the master bath. Combined, the built-ins provide the bachelor with ample storage, while framing his favorite focal point: the flat-screen TV.

Vaulted ceilings called for high-reaching accents. An eight-foot headboard – stained with a “java” finish and upholstered in acid green high-gloss vinyl – brings scale to the space. Among the bachelor’s favorite features is the bedspread that extends all the way to the floor – a masculine alternative to a duvet with a bed skirt.
